Start Tile Issue

I had a issue with the Tiles not getting the Piece that was on it or knowing it even had a Piece on it. This issue caused Pieces to be able to land on the same Tile as another Piece if that Piece hadn't moved from its start Tile. To resolve this issue I made it so we can manually set it has a Piece, whether it was a Player Piece and,  what Piece.
